Built on 9 acres of gardens, AVANI Kalutara Resort (formerly Kani Lanka Resort and Spa) is located by the Kalu Ganga River. It offers an outdoor pool, a luxurious spa and free Wi-Fi.

Air-conditioned guestrooms feature beautiful views of the sea, river or garden. Each room is equipped with a minibar, tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with satellite channels.
