Sanatory Mashuk is situated in the Mineralnye Vody region. It has a secured territory of 12.5 hectares with a mineral water spring on the premises. It offers indoor and outdoor pools, medical centre, SPA centre and gym. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. Guests can use a Russian steam bath and Finnish sauna.

Sanatory Mashuk Aqua-Term has three buildings, which are connected with each other by heated passages. There are cottages in the park area of the Health Resort. The individually decorated rooms at Sanatory Mashuk Aqua-Term feature wooden furniture, a TV, and a refrigerator. A hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes and free toiletries are provided in the private bathroom. Some bathrooms feature rain-shower or hydromassage bath.

European buffet meals are served in the Aqua-Term restaurant, and during the summer guests can dine on the terrace or visit a cafe near the lake. Lermontoff VIP-restaurant offers menus à la carte. At the cafe "U ozera" meals of Georgian and European cuisines. Guests can relax with a drink at the on-site bar, enjoy a game of billiards, tennis or volleyball.

The property boasts modern medical equipment and a selection of health programmes for adults and children. Children can enjoy the open playground, and there is a children's club Vytvoryashki offering entertainment programmes. 3D cinema and tour desk are featured at the property.

Mashuk bus stop is a 7-minute walk from the hotel and provides links to the town of Mineralnye Vody and Pyatigorsk. Mineralnye Vody Airport is 20 km from the Health Resort, and a shuttle service is available. Pyatigorsk is 5 km away from the property.
