Set in Avalengo, 2 km from the Meran 2000 ski slopes, family-run Hotel Viertlerhof offers a spa, restaurant and free WiFi. It features panoramic rooms and suites.

With Alpine-style décor, rooms and suites at the Viertlerhof overlook the garden or the mountains. They have a seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV and minibar. Each has a private bathroom with free toiletries. Some suites include exposed wooden beams.

Buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast hall and includes sweet pastries, eggs and bacon dishes, together with afternoon snacks. Regional cuisine can be sampled in the restaurant.
