Masseria Grottella is an interesting medieval property 5 km from the sandy beaches of Salento. It offers a free swimming pool and a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine and fresh fish.

Rooms are located in the main building and a separate one, and all feature original features and unique furnishings. Each one is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels.

A sweet and savoury breakfast is served each morning. The restaurant is also open to the public and offers delicacies from the Salento area. The swimming pool is open between May and September.

Grottella Masseria is 2 km outside the town of Avetrana. It provides free parking and is 20 minutes' drive from Porto Cesareo. This family-run property is less than an hour's drive from Taranto and Gallipoli.
