Offering direct access to a network of hiking trails and to the slopes of the Klippitztörl Ski Area, Hotel Alpengasthof Hochegger offers a large spa area, free WiFi, and a restaurant. A ski lift is right outside.

The Alpine-style rooms offer mountain views, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Most rooms have a balcony.

Spa facilities at the Hochegger Alpengasthof include a sauna, aromatic steam bath, large hot tub, and sun bed. A wide range of massages, including Ayurveda, is offered.

The restaurant serves Carinthian specialities, Austrian and international cuisine, and a rich breakfast buffet. Half-board includes a 5-course dinner. The sun terrace offers panoramic views over the valley.
