Kushi, renowned for its Japanese cuisine provides unique dining experiences, featuring rare sakes and teppanyaki menus crafted from authentic Japanese ingredients. Shangri-La Le Touessrok Mauritius also features a private island, Ilot Mangenie. The island is open exclusively to Shangri-La's guests where they can savour a unique culinary experience featuring fresh salads, artisan pizzas and rum-based cocktails at a beachside restaurant and bar.
